The double room was extremely clean and included a nice bathtub and a great shower, while the location, just 700 feet from the subway station, was fantastic.

Truly an exceptionally comfortable hotel. Spacious and luxurious room with a balcony, courteous staff. Coffee, Wi-Fi, and a minibar were convenient. Marvellous location with public parking close to property.

It doesn't really feel like being in a hotel. I was given a key of the front door (as there is no reception desk) and I felt I was living there. I felt very comfortable and the location is great, near Plaza Catalunya.

I missed to have a kettle to make my own cup of tea.

No lobby, no desk, no information available for guests. In November stay, temperature was warm and no air conditioning available, only heating. If window was opened, a bad outdoor odor was overwhelming, so sleeping was uncomfortable in a hot room.

Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms make a spacious impression due to high ceilings. Building block also very nice. Walking distance to all main tourist attractions, but still in a (esspecially nights) quiet street. Mind that there is no reception and you have to phone a member of staff before arriving !

Hotel staffs English is very poor ! Attention to details (like refreshing toilet supplies every day) could be better !

The reason we chose Vasanta was for its incredible location, near the airport bus, the streets of eixample district and the gothic quarter. The room lived up to the expectations: very spacious, with a chic design and comfortable amenities. It is evident that the owners have a ngood taste and respect for the visitors of their establishment, which is seen in every detail: from the welcoming to the design of the room and the lobby. It is a place i would recommend

The cleaning staff was rather superficial, the room had big dirt spots on the floor on the day of the arrival and we didn't have the room cleaned during the second day. Another inconvenient aspect for light sleep travelers would be the noise coming from the other rooms, as the walls are rather thin and you can hear easily what happens inside.

Everything was nice, including genuinely helpful staff and top location close to everything in barcelona. A wide array of cakes and pastries at breakfast. Location just next door to a nice area, quiet yet close to Catalunya Square and Passeig de Gracia, many top attractions and metro stations, and the harbour. For shots visit The George Payne, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

A clean room with a balcony provided a good night's rest, and the location was conveniently close to a large square, just a 5-minute walk away.
